It has an awkward interface. The email button doesnt work. It crashed twice on me, deleting everything I had written. It cannot save. Sharps and flats (the black keys) cannot be heard on playback.

its buggy. there s only one sound, you edit notes in keyboard and sometimes they go wrong in the sheet. no multiple sheets suport. sorry but dont like it.

NOT recommended. No bar lines, messy note alignment, crude tempi adjustments, clumsy editing & note entry, no save function - so spend 20 minutes notating your latest greatest melody in a weak form on this thing and then what? Say goodbye unless you can email it which I didnt bother to do as it would have been sent in too limited a form to bother with it later. Waste of $4.00 and 40 minutes trying it - it s not useful for me. Sorry.

Dont really like this app.. you can only create a single note melody line, and you dont have the option of saving your work. Very annoying. Its also hard to delete notes - bad sound quality doesnt help either. If it was $.99, maybe it would be worth it, but $3.99 is far too much. Dont waste your money...

It is unconscionable that this app is so full of faults and is sold in the App Store, let alone for its current price. The app is practically useless. Constant crashes, faulty playback, an awkward interface and no undo/redo options are just a few of my complaints. This app should still be in development, and would be If had been tested by a musician or writer of any kind for 5 minutes. Sincerely; Disappointed

This app has very limited capabilities. Note input is awkward. Time signatures dont appear and bar lines show up in the wrong places without being entered in the first place. No ledger lines below staff. App may keep you amused for 5-10 minutes while waiting for a bus, but after that, its appeal greatly diminishes. How do YOU feel about spending $4.00 for 5 minutes of entertainment? As for me, $4.00 could buy a ticket to ride the Scrambler at the carnival- better value.

Supper concept needs a little work pls update with better sound playback maybe barlines and a backspace button you could also add rests and switch to switch recording on and off but update and Ill tell everyone of my band students to get this app I know they all have iPhones cuz they txt on them in class anyway plz update

This app is barely ok. I am pretty disappointed. There is an absence of rests, dotted rhythms, polyphony!, and well that is it!!! No ability to compose chords other than ARPs!!! Please add these very important tools. There is also a need for a file save... To be able to come back to a piece and finish it. Later editions should include two modes for lead sheet style and standard. This way one could write a chord chart using common lead sheet harmonic vocab for Maj, min, diminished, dominant, and all 7th chords, suspensions, and extended tones. Or at least let us be able to write four part harmony!!! This isnt Antiquity

Does pretty much as its supposed to. But last note (often?) doesnt play properly. And worse, all rests are rests of one unit. They cant be shortened or lengthened, as the actual notes can.

After I wasted 4 Bucks on it a few months ago, this app has not improved. It still very hard to use, and has clumsy controls. You have to open a menu and slide a slider to change note value. The note values arent even varied enough. Do not buy it if you value your money.

This app is pretty bad for a music composer. The sound it makes for the songs sounds like something a computer from the 80s would make. I wouldnt recommend it for anyone looking for something beyond the most basic of operations and performance.

I was let done with the lack of features. It should allow an undo, and real time capture so you dont have to set the note duration every time it changes. There should also be a simple way to start over or enter a play mode without recording. I also didnt see a way to record more thanh a single note, though it does play chords. The piano sound was nice but then had a totally different sound upon playback. This needs work....

The is a joke. A real waste of money. Its absolutely worthless. Not sure how stuff like this makes it to the app store. Glad I have on AMEX so I can dispute the charges.
